How It Begins

You could be anyone, carrying nothing. You wake up groggy on a thick stone slab inside a steel cube with no obvious exits. The only obvious furnishings are a black floor lamp (cordless and turned on) and a long lever mounted on one wall.

You don't recognize this at all. What happened to you? And how will you get out?
